The above standards ensure that all services effectively meet the needs of our service users. SYCIL has a Quality Policy and Quality Group that meet monthly to monitor and review all quality issues.
SYCIL’s Comments and Complaints policy actively encourages service users to comment on the service they have received. Comment forms are placed throughout the centre for service users to fill in anonymously and a “Suggestion Box” is held in reception.
